How Does TPU 3D Printing Work?
First, design a 3D model in CAD and import it into slicing software to layer it into 0.05-0.1mm slices, generating support structures for complex shapes. The lifting platform immerses into the TPU resin tank, where UV laser/projector cures layers per sliced data. The platform lowers, repeating spreading and curing until completion. Post-printing, remove supports, clean surface resin with alcohol/agents, then cure in UV chamber to enhance elasticity, strength, and weather resistance. Suitable for flexible electronics, medical catheters, and precision optics.
