What is the process of our 3D priting service?

We have 15 years experience in 3D printing services.

01.

3D Model Processing

Optimize the 3D model provided by the customer, such as patching surfaces, slicing, designing supports, etc. If the customer only has a physical object and reverse engineering is required, the physical object needs to be provided. We will conduct reverse engineering on it through high-precision 3D scanning.

02.

3D Printing Processing

Select the corresponding 3D technology and printing equipment according to the customer’s requirements for materials and precision, such as FDM, SLA, SLS, MJF, DED. When necessary, CNC will also be used for auxiliary processing.

Post – processing Process

After printing, For products printed by FDM, we use sandpaper or grinding wheels to polish the product surface. For products printed by SLA, we need to clean the residual resin with alcohol. For products printed by SLM/SLS, we generally use sandblasting to remove excess powder and separate the support structures.

Surface Treatment Process

Treat the surface of the product, such as painting. Conduct detailed coloring for character models. For some products, vacuum coating and electrophoresis are also required to ensure that the product surface meets the requirements.

Quality Inspection

Inspect the final finished products through instruments, including dimension inspection, appearance inspection, function testing, etc., to ensure that the product quality meets the customer’s requirements and satisfies the shipping requirements.

06.

Packaging and Shipping

According to different products, select different packaging solutions, such as filling with pearl cotton or bubble wrap, and reinforcing fragile items separately. Ensure the safety and stability of the products during transportation. Take photos before shipment and confirm with the customer. Then, after receiving the full balance payment, carry out the final shipment.
